FPI is committed to ensuring our customers are completely happy, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply complete this form to request an Order number.

FPI offers its customers the ability to return new unused, undamaged standard sized Catalog products within 30 days of original date of purchase for full credit. Products returned after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom sized parts may not be returned as part of the 30 day trial.

Product returned without an Order number will not be accepted and will be returned at senders expense.

Products purchased through FPI’s Distribution channel must be returned through the purchasing Distributor. Please contact your Distributor for any quality issues.

Returned products are subject to inspection.
